Winter Calendar Adjustments

Please note that we are making changes to our hours of operation during the upcoming winter months.  Our storefront will only be open during the lunch segment due to 4 months of business trends.  In addition, our truck schedule will depend on the forecasted high temperature for that day.  Day of announcements will be made on our social media outlets.  If you do not currently follow us on Facebook or Twitter, please do so.  Schedule truck stops will be made if the forecasted high temperature for the day will reach 20 degrees and/or weather not detrimental to business volume.  We need to stay a viable business to serve you well into the future!

New Combo Meals Available January 2nd

We have been listening to customer comments and are going to begin featuring combo meals.  In general, you will be able to do a pick two.  A half of a sandwich or small premium salad with one of the following:  small soup, small garden/caesar salad, or other side, for a set price.

Because we have an extensive menu with so many upgrade options, extras are not included.

If you want your baked potato loaded…  “upcharge”!  :)

Extra cheese or bacon on your potato soup…  (yep) “upcharge”!

Buffalo Blue Cheese chips….  (you get the picture).

We hope that due to the size of our portions, this will give more options for our customers. As always, feed back is encouraged.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Thank you to all for your support in our first full year!  I am truly humbled by the positive response and enthusiastic feedback.

We are taking just a couple days and gathering with our families as well.  Christmas Eve/Day and New Years Eve/Day.  Then back to our winter rotation!

We will be expanding our fleet with a second truck to better serve the region on the road and are considering expanding our storefront hours as well.  I am continually looking for additional fundraising and local organizations to partner with for our Give Back stops.  This concept is what my business model was founded on and anchors us in our community.  I have also been working on expanding our base catering menu, but we are the only business offering catering that is completely custom to your needs.  Tell us what to cook for you!

The area’s most amazing pop up market is back with another two days of treasure hunting at the Lake County Fairgrounds!  An incredible mix of Art and Antiques!  There will be our food, music, and cocktails to enjoy while browsing vintage and handmade articles.

Kegs and Eggs – A Sunday Brunch

We are collaborating with Hunters Brewing for a Sunday brunch.  This is a ticketed event.  Tickets are available at

Come join Hungry Inc. and Hunter’s for Kegs & Eggs Brunch on Sunday, September 14th!  We will be presenting a special brunch menu featuring dishes made with Hunter’s Brewing beers.

Brunch Menu:
Fresh fruit
Salad with Steel Town Girl saison dressing
Quiches (vegetarian choice available)
Cheesy hash brown casserole (vegetarian)
Beer-braised brisket hash
Breads/muffins

Ticket price includes brunch meal plus two drinks from the bar.  Additional drinks may be purchased separately at the event.

Bar menu includes Hunter’s Brewing beers along with wine, cider, and specialty beer and wine drinks.

Brunch will be served inside the brewery from 10:30am – 2pm, arrive/depart at your leisure and no need to order food outside.
